WORKSHOP 3: VALUE PROPOSITION

During this workshop, you will embark on a journey to capture your unique "Secret Sauce" – the ingredients that make your business and service exceptional. Cathy will guide you through essential concepts such as the Law of Increase, Kano Model of Product Differentiation, Total Product Concept, and Value Proposition.

Section 1 - The Law of Increase:   Discover new ways to leave a lasting impression of increase on your customers.  Companies who focus on providing a top service to their customers and seek to provide solutions to their problems, gain in the long term.  Business is not about transactions, it is about people and relationships. Through thought-provoking exercises, you will explore strategies to enhance the value you offer and create memorable experiences for your clients.

Section 2 - Kano Model of Product Differentiation:  Uncover insights about your customers and your competitors and evaluate your product/service features using the Kano Model Analysis. By categorizing features into basic, performance, and excitement categories, you will gain a deeper understanding of your unique selling points and also your customer's experiences and expectations.  This will in turn help you to generate innovative ideas for improving your product or service.

Section 3 - Total Product Concept:  Understand the different value elements of your product or service - core offer, expected offer, augmented offer and potential offer.  Then focus on applying the concept of the Augmented Product Service to all aspects of your business. By considering the needs of different customer groups or segments, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver value at every touch-point. This exercise will help you tailor your offerings to specific target customers and create a compelling value proposition that excites your customer.

Section 4 - Value Proposition: Synthesize the insights from Sections 1, 2, and 3 into a compelling value proposition. Craft an overarching company value proposition and then tailor it to your specific target customers in each segment. This process will help you articulate the unique value you bring to the market and differentiate yourself from competitors.
