Workshop 1: Business Plan on a Page

Workshop 2: Sweet Spot Target Customers

Time: 1:00-2:00 pm (Zoom Workshop)

In Workshop 2 of the Business Builders programme, we delve into the critical concept of identifying your sweet spot target customers. During this workshop you will learn how to identify your diamond customers and understand the specific value you provide to them. Discovering what you do best and how it addresses their pain points, will enable you to focus your efforts, maximize your impact, and ultimately increase your earnings. Embrace the shift from trading time for money to creating exceptional value for your ideal customers.

Week 1 of Cathy Winston's Business Builders programme sets the foundation for success by guiding you through the process of developing a concise and powerful business plan on a single page. By defining your goals and capturing your inspiration, you'll cultivate a business mindset that propels you towards financial and time freedom. Additionally, in workshop, we'll explore the concept of identifying your sweet spot target customers, providing you with the tools and insights necessary to solve their pain points and achieve greater success.

During the 2 weeks inbetween each workshop, we provide participants with a workbook which follows the format and content covered in the session and contains templates and exercise questions to be completed.  Participants can work individually, with buddy partners on the programme or with their company teams to share and discuss their answers and plan initiatives and actions going forward.
