Capture the opportunities to perform better and deliver more.

Prioritise the High impact/Low cost activities.

3. Execution by Projects:

Enlist your high potentials in the business and give them an outcomes/activities template to complete with their recommendations.

Set up milestone meetings to support, mentor, solve problems and guarantee delivery.
